Responsibilities
DETAILS OF FUNCTIONS:

Prepare routine reports on sales and inventory
-
Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining office correspondence
-
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as policies and record management;
-
Recording office expenditures and managing the petty cash fund;
-
Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
-
Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
-
Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.

Research and investigate information on new/trending products to enable strategic decision-making by others.
-
Organize, arrange, and participate in meetings and take minutes.
-
Approve decisions, requests, expenditures and recommendations on behalf of senior people in their absence, according to agreed guidelines and policies.
-
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
-
Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
-
Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.

Ensuring an adequate supply of stationery and equipment in the office
-
Maintaining the company website and its presence on all social media platforms.

Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, marketing materials, and other documents
-
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
-
Diploma or certificate in relevant fields or equivalent experience
-
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
